We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
✅ Unworn & Original Condition – The jewelry must not have been worn and must include all original tags and packaging.
✅ Timeframe – Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
✅ Defective/Broken Items – If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly accept the return (even if worn) and cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Final Sale Items – Any discounted or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
❌ Worn or Altered Pieces – Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage (beyond manufacturing defects), or missing tags will not be accepted.
Return Process
1. Request a Return – Email us at info@lemonystamp.com within 15 days with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship It Back – Once approved, send the item to de address we'll send you in the approval email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
3. Refund Issued – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Refund Details
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless defective.
Damaged/Defective Items?
If your jewelry arrives broken or flawed, contact us immediately at info@lemonystamp.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a free return label or replacement.
